that they want to keep pressure on hamas to possibly get some more hostages out. at the same time, though, israel is also signaling the that it could be sending a delegation of mediators to wor coulde sendk on a new ags that israel says could be moreab acceptablele w to them. . now, shortly after those comments were made by the israeli wathoswere madr cabinetf then put out a statement saying that had been conducting targeted airstrikes on hamas terrorthey had targets in easten rafah. that is where earlier toda- ters the israeli military started warning civilians to begin evacuatingtawarnin fliers, phone calls and text messages. the idf urged 100,000 who m palestinians to move to thove quasi humanitarian zone. the israeli military described it as ea scope operation and not a large scale evacuation. ungary here's how idf spokesperson daniel hajari described the current situation involving both both the possible deal and the actions in rafah. >> now, no, we examine every pht answer, reply very seriously,
11:04 pm
and find every possibility regarding the negotiations, the return of the hostages to their homes as a central task as quickly as possible. and at the same time, we continue our operations in the gaza strip and will continue to do so. >> now, shortly after news broke of hamas agreeing to a deal, palestinians in gaza could be seen celebrating in the streets, clearly happy this development. the details, though, of that deal that hamas said they agreed to, they remain unclear. however, in israel, a much different scene unraveled there. thousands throughout the country, including some families of hostages, started protesting, including right there downtown tel aviv. they're outraged that there are 132 people who were kidnapped back on october 7th who are still missing. they are pushing the israeli government to do more to bring m the remaining hostages e. e,homor hamas, though, sean, meanwhile, making comments tonight, saying that any sor s t of militaryn operation in rafah would not woc sean.te, picnira

>> all right, jeff. paul on the ground in israeluken we'll check in with you later in the program. now to another fox news alert happenin de to ang right now.t no >> multiple arrests have beents made as anti-israe havl trym the to storm the metropolitan museum of art, this in new yorkt city during tonight's met gala here with the very latest on that situation, our very own matt finn. matt, the crowds own been massil they've been all around the upper east side in new yorak . now, my understanding is they're back at the met. what's goingye back on? it's a really fascinating are scene tonight because we're right outside of the elites very outsihe elite expensive me. we saw jennifer lopez, lok in. wn wal but at the same time, there's these day of rage protests, these anti-policere e anti-israt protests marching all around about and they tryer get as cloe as they can here to the met gala tonight. but police successfullybut wh barricaded them. but what we've been seeing all night is police on loudspeaker been is polis wae protesters, telling them
11:06 pm
that if they continue to block traffic, they're going to be arrested. and that's what happens. we see special respons we groups rush in, make some pretty forceful arrests earlier tonight. you know, take som some people. to the ground. they forewarn these protesters that they were going to do sbe we also saw groups of heavily taunting police, calling them kkk, calling them pigs.e time and at the same time, you have these black mercedes vansas clo trying to get as close as they can, either drop off these celebrities ortheyr, pick them , they're being redirected. so quite an interesting dichotomy tonight, an interesting scene here in manhattan. but these anti-polican intereste anti-israel protesters are storming- the streets of manhattan. they are marching around, they're taunting policmanhattaet >> all right, matt, we'll check in with you throughout the evenining. stand by. thank you. we will keep you updated on all thisandby, t breaking news.ing e the protests out of new york and the important militaryws operation that has started in rafah in gaza tonight. now, also tonight, we are less than six months away, 182 days
11:07 pm
to be exact, till the 2024on. election. donald trump, by the way, is once again stuc k a manhattantroo courtroom where a biden donor posing an impartial judge with the statute of limitations that havose long expired, whose family is compromised and asly o we've pointed out repeatedly on this program, is now thisotg to unilaterally lock up former president trump tonighreatenint, alina habba, house judiciary committee chairman jim jorda pren will wei in. and also jim jordan will weigh in on the issun jore of, oh, mar evidence was tampered with and that being in thede florida cas. but while a far left judge has now forced donald trump off the campaign trail, his opponent, joe biden, has beene --e sidelined by his own mental and physical limitations. the biden campaign announcing that joe's speeches will now be shorter. moving forward, you see, they want americans to see as little of joe biden as possible. and frankly, forf good.
11:08 pm
he is weak, he is frail, he is cognitively strong enough let andle what are the rigors of our campaign, let alone be president. in fact, a horde and ba of white house staffers now are surrounding joe bide an whenever he walks, either to marine one or to or away marine one. of course, they want to hide is his doddering. y want shuffle. now, the big boy stares are at a question on air force one.n on one.always takes two short steps up to air force one after a series of embarrassing falls. biden isa seri also relying on t the white house is calling maximum stabilite y sneakershim up to help keep him upright. everyoneri around him knows that he is a physical and mental mess and all of them are trying to cover it up. joe biden is not well. he has no business being president, muc h less for reelection. i don't think he could handle being a walmari don'thint greete
11:09 pm
i don't think he can remember where the very departmenk t would be. so despite working to limit joe biden's public exposure, we well, there's only so much staffers can do to keep g a complete fool of himself. >> take a look. it's an honor. n so many friends and fans his here today, they include secretary of defense hav -, a pd west point grad himself. ouyou can also join barbara's football's biggest fan. awdads bill and steve of the radio show crawdads. >> countdown to kick off. have we finally have coach jeff monken, who once again led the blind black knights back to the white house again. where i coac where h now, manyw ma of these cadets are goinnygs to have to hit me twice. i'm going to make this shorter than usual because i'm i'm getting over the honor.ak we speaking again at westin point's commencementst. t's no >> it's no surprise that bidenin is now down in almost every
11:10 pm
major poll. look at the rasmussen poll. it has you joe biden now losing. by double digits. he's down by ten. is down it's not just joe bidens physical and mental decline weighing him down. according to a brand new abc poll, voters trust donald a trump by an eight point margin when it comes to law and ordert and and, crime and safety. trump is up 17 points on immigration, seven points on america's standin17g in the world, 14 points on inflation and the economworld.y. s carv and democratic strategist james carville, remember, he once famouslyel, re said it's the economy, stupid. well, that's what decides elections. another poll from gallup now shows that americansanothe confd in biden's economic stewardship is nowentraini historically low. americans are now living under one of the most painful inflationary periods in history ,and each day keeps getting worse. every year it keeps getting worse. prices keep getting higher. and one key reason for our economic decline, the biden white house is filled with,
11:11 pm
well, frankly, unqualified idiots. for example, jared bernstein is the chairman of joe biden's council on economic advisers. he's a proud graduate, the manhattan school of music. he has a bachelor's degree in, fine arts, not economics. he also earned a master's wor degree in social work, another master's degree in philosophy and a ph.d. in social welfare. needless to say that joe the biden's chief economic adviser doesn't know pretty --y a thinn about economics. >> take a look. the governmentomics.oo definitey prints money and it definitely lends that money i, which is why the government definitely prints money. and then i t lends that money by by selling bonds. is that what they do?uestio there is no question that the government prints monegoverny and then it uses that moneyo to so, yeah, i guess i'm justah i don't i can't really talk..
11:12 pm
i don't i don't get it. i don't know what they're talking about like becauset knog it's like the government clearly prints money. arly bor it does it all the time and it't clearly borrows. otherwise, we wouldn't be having this debt and deficit conversation. so i don't think there's anythingso i there. nothing confusing there. ere. nothing made sense there. no wonder the economy is a completeth mess. t and it wasn't so awful for 60%fo of americans living paycheckd in paycheck. it would be funny, but there's nothing funny about how people have to livbe fere'e. the chairman of biden's councils of economic advisors, well, tand doesn't understand inflation at all. the government prints monelation y that that's all you know. but let not your heart be troubled. you're vict noe president is al. on the case. the biden campaign is now sendin g out viceg an president harris to brag about the virtues of biden nomicsceharris t. what we were told last week wor that we're going to get off the topic of biden nomics. but according to this administration, your life has never been better. keep
11:13 pm
they keep telling you that no matter how you truly feete nl, o matter how difficult these times are, of course, many americans ready for this national nightmare to be over. that is why thernightm e virtually nocs enthusiasm for joe bidene on the campaign trail. of course, it is a very different story for donald trump. take a loofferent y fok at the e crowds, massive enthusiasm pretty much everywhere he goes. here with reaction, fox news contributore h.r, former speaker of the house newt gingrich. mr. speaker, we have a lot to tal newt k about tonight. we have these protests in new york. e protests have the the battle, the last battle with israel and hama, ths in rafah, hopefuly the last part of that battle. then have an economic adviser,co chief economic adviser to thnomm
11:14 pm
president that doesn't have a clue about the economy, has no background, no expertiseas in tc economy. you heard that answer. that's pretty chilling to meoun >> look, i think sean, had an but anyone comment about where we are, it's that about those oe who are pro-trump like, the imagination to understand how the other side intendsn to win. they have a very clear plan. itthaty have is to take trump oe race. they don't think they can beat theyr trump. in fact, you hear more and say more democrats say o openly they think that trump would win. and so if you watch the judgeim in new york, the most important battlefielpod of this entireis new aign is an appointed corrupt judge in new york, who i believe is about to put dl donald trump in prison. and that'sp in a very dangerous. thing. it's dangerous to our constitution t shaken by what
11:15 pm
right does an appointed local judge put somebody who is the nominee of their party? e nomineformer president in pri. but he's openly told us twicbute now in two weeks he and that it's going to happen. haand i think it's very dangeroa it bhe most basic of levelsis. just ask yourself, what would it be like to be trump prison in new york? and i'll tell you,ne i am personally more worried tonight about what i emerging than anything i've seen all year. they know they can't beat him if he's still here. e isttinw they have no answers . they know that biden's getting weaker and weaker. they know that theweaker know thay whole situation situations failing. and yet they are desperate to win. and so i focus as a historiann a on what's possible when facedce with a ruthleshless corrupt ene. and you can tell that and i still use the word enemy delivered. these are not competitors. they have of they've taken a gu deliberthese y who was pait
11:16 pm
in 2018 to be a politicalch operative. they took him out of the justice department, sent him u p to lead the trial against trump. and they will do whatever they a have to do to make sure that by election day donald trump is not a competitor. >> okay. this is a judge that donated to joe biden in 2020. t a judge.n rais many, many questions have been raised about his own familedlyy perhaps benefiting from the outcome of this trial. his daughter rom th in particular.erywhe it's been reported pretty much everywhere. rethen you have the issue of thh statute of limitations have passed. mr. speakee str, i don't think anybody can tell you what is what are the charges in thise case? what is the second charge wht even been told? we have a situation where a gag order existse , but only for one person. and meanwhile, you have the lead . a a witness for the prosecutionr is out there on tik tothk asking for gifts and nothing is doned h
11:17 pm
to stoinp or silence that perso. can you explain to me this kangaroo court is allowed to take place and whatt is the outcome? if there is a guilty verdict? will it be overturnee ifa d on l before the election? >> well, it's not about appeal. i worry about what judge willp do to put donald trump at riskeh while the judicial system operates. the problem is lawyersal system keep pretending that the rule of law is involvedending here. you have a corrupt district attorney, a corrupt stat. e, attorney general, a corrupt judge. his daughter is making millionct s out of attacking donald trump. now, this is not a thit s is not hearsay. you have a lawyer sent from a the justice department. number three, a justiceto to prosecute trump, having beeno a democratic national committee, consulmmittw in the middle of all this, we're supposed to pretend thise is no is the rule of law. >> this is not this is the rule
11:18 pm
of law. this is a corrupt, deliberate assault, assault worthy of putinr worthy of cuba or whered we venezuela. and we better wake up. in an ideal worl d, the supreme court would proactively intervene, strip this judge of this case. every major neutral lawyer has said there is no case here. >> this is an absurdity. absur and yet we continue to grind forward and continue to pretends that this is about the rule of law. the rules is not.ffor this is a deliberate effort to diminish them, have a character assassination and at a maximu minimumm put donald j.t trump a genuine risk. and i thind j.k all of us ought to be aware that this judge has already told us twice last weekk and this week that he intends to put trump in jails and he'sn going to find an excuse and he's going to do it. and we are betteil ir have an answer. >> speaker gingrich, that's a dire, dire warning forning
11:19 pm
the entire country. we appreciate time here with more reaction. rnc co-chair lara trump is with us. re witlet's pick up where you lk off. let me ask you this, u judge seems serious about putting your father in law, the former judgeseems n this country, in jail. we don't even know what the full charges'tha are. we know that elina haba, we'll check in with her, but they don't even knowo th who the witness is going to be witness until the day before dom to the biden campaign. familypa issues in terms of beif compromised, statute of limitations passeing compd oa would ordinarily be a misdemeanor. nobody's explainedd ordinarily t become a felony to begin with. wirt's your reaction to ith all and the thought that your father-in-law could be in jail? >> wel in? l, i think what newt said is exactly right. we have to take this vern isy seriously. and i've said it before. i'll say it agaid i'itn. they think that it's just about going after donald trump. te be donald trump todayp toda sitting in that courtroom, sitt democracy, ery

our constitutional republic that hangs in the balance. because, sean, as the speakern, just said, if they aret successful in their attempt to take out the lead candidatetn for president of the united states with these communist tacticitest tactics, what kind y is this going to be? am it is terrifying as an american. it is terrifying as a daughter-in-laan i w. it is terrifying. this is not how this country wa.s designed to work, but itt t is exactly what the speaker alsos exactl. it's because what are they running on? no matter who you are in this countr ter wh ty, no matter where you live, no matter what you do, your life has been negativelyfen impacted by joe joe biden and democrat policies. of coursbiden ane save for the e that think about this law to agitate >>he campuses out there by joe biden's big donors, they probablnother k things are going great out there. >> what is the state andd is af violation of a gag order. the president has been forbidden for even pleading

ladies and gentlemen, if they are able to do this to donalifyo dod j. trump with the ability he hasha to have the best lawyers in the country, with the ability he has to speak out in the med mediiaa, they are able to silene him right now. if this judge actually goeilenci and puts him in jail. think about the future for , america. it is dark, it is bleak, and i don't think people will reacs i t c very well to that, sean.an what i can tell you is, is that it is backfiringit i royally for them in the polls. every major demographic thisouny country is shifting. right. we are poised to see a hugshifte election this year. i know they're trying to thwart it. we're working hardany're tryin e every day that on november 5th, there is no question donalh theb trump will be the 47th p president of the united states. it's the only way weresidef th s country. >> sea. nk it is that dire i think things are that bad. chilling times. we're at the halfway six monthrk mark to the election. lara trump, thank you. at thi ts hour, we continue w to monitor israel's critical

11:31 pm
what the government counsel previously understood and representeliously ud to theh here with more, house judiciary committee chairman jim jordan. what would you call this? jim jordan? i'm wondering if the issue of whether or not the evidence have been tainted is now not i and center in the case in florida? >> yeah, the ordere case of the documents seized was changed. >> that one sentence says ite all. most people would call that tamperingends at with evid. the physical documents didn't match up with the scandald here documents. and here's the irony, sean. this is this is jack's then. ver mishandling the very documents that he's chargingthat president trump with mishandling. go figure. i mean, that to me is the ultimate irony here. not to mention, of courstione, the double standard. we had robert hur six weeks ago in front of our committee. robert hirsch said joe biden mert the elements of thetl crime he knowingly kept, knowingly disclosed classifiedse information, but he wasn't charged because he sayais he was
11:32 pm
a forgetful old man. and we also established motivest . robert, her said on page 231 of this report, joe biden had mv strong motivations for ignoring classified procedures becausatfe he was writing a book, a book for which he got paid $8 million. so we had an $8 million motive.i he met the elements, but he doesn'vet get presidentent trump does. and thentrumes jack mishandleddh the very documents. ve. yout make this stuff up >> you really can't. let me get your reaction to what's going on in the cour r . have the judge threatening to put president trump in jail? t. th puttingyou have clearly a jue in this case, according to my reading of the lawg to, that sht have recused himself. shous, ofallegations, seriou ones, of of the family being involved in compromise and possibly benefiting from the outcome of this trial. then you hav youe the third higt ranking official at the department of justice thiss is merrick garland's department of justice. number three, pretty des position, a guyat that we now know was raisingtioi

money, political donations with the dnc and. this guy is now leaves. workhat that big important job to go work and run this cases ca for alvin bragg in newse yorktem city? tell me how that's not a conflict of intereste a. you >> yeah, it definitely is. you got a partisan democrat prosecutor the case. you got a partisan judge overseeing the case. the partisan judge daughter work for adam schiff. she's obviously partisans an. and then, of course, there'sorde a gag order on the former president of the united states.l the guy i believe is going to be the next president of the united states. ngthere's a gag order on him.hi but michael cohen, the convicted perjurer, the guyo who lied six times in front of congress when he came and testified,ss he's allowedn to say whatever he wants. he's allowed to go on tik tok an and spout off h whatever he wants. and that's their star witness. the countre wanty is laughing at case, and it's why president trump's numbers, i think, in the latest i rasmussen poll, he's up like 10% in the national poll. that's because the country sees
11:34 pm

ashley strohmier live in new york. israel taking a major step against hamas at this hour. the idf confirms it has taken over control of the gaza side of the rafah border crossing. it connects the war torn territory to egypt. officials say the operation was very precise and very limited, and say it was only in specific areas of eastern rafah. this is the first significant military action israel has taken in that part of the enclave, where more than a million palestinians are taking refuge. israel claims the gaza side of the crossing was being used for terror activity. the idf says hamas
11:52 pm
fired mortars toward israel's border from the area of the crossing over the weekend. for idf soldiers were killed. several others were hurt. israel says the operation, though, is not yet over. 20 hamas militants were reportedly killed today, while israel was taking control of the gaza side of the crossing. three terror shafts were also apparently found in that area, so many questions still remain at this hour. and right now, it's not clear if humanitarian aid is still being allowed through the crossing, which is the main point. aid has been getting into gaza. on monday, israel started ordering evacuation lines for the estimated 100,000 people who live in this part of rafah. it also comes a day after hamas agreed to a proposed cease fire deal with israel. israel responded, though, saying it is not on board. officials claim the terms accepted by hamas are, quote, far from meeting their demands. but israel says it will send a delegation to egypt for more talks. again, if you are just now tuning in. israel's military says it has
